Hi, my name is Kasia Gospos! Welcome to my online creative space,
where I indulge my passions for supporting and empowering
women, and for creating beautiful things.
Through my work I want to inspire women and help them to create
fabulous businesses, careers and personal lives.
What I do
I wear many hats. I am the founder and publisher at Leaders in Heels. I am a designer and the author of MAKE YOUR MARK, an inspirational notebook for female leaders. Sometimes I’m a creative director, digital marketing strategist or a web developer. I am also an author of Get Your Life Back, a book on how to streamline and automate your business processes and life so that you have more time for what you really love.
In my day-to-day job I’m a commercial analyst, management accountant (ACMA) and project management professional with 10 years experience in analytical roles in Australia and Europe. I love using experience from my corporate roles to weaves meaningful stories from financial, operational and online analytics.
Underpinning all this is my role as a feminist and change-maker in the gender equality space.
I love data analysis, technology and design, and I’m always looking to improve myself in all those areas.
What I stand for
I live by the Leaders in Heels Manifesto, which outlines the six key traits of successful female leaders—they are passionate, creative, innovative, confident, determined and kind. These characteristics inform my day-to-day actions and choices.
My mother taught me that there is no bigger achievement for a woman than attaining independence, and I believe that an education is the most valuable tool to reach that goal. She inspired me to start Leaders in Heels, where women can be educated and empowered to take charge of their own lives.
As an analyst, I also believe in the power of collecting and analysing data. I want everything I create to not only be beautiful, but also practical, meaningful and well-researched. My projects—Leaders in Heels, the Leaders in Heels manifesto, the MAKE YOUR MARK notebook, the Beauty Diary—all combine form and functionality.
In my free time I love listening to jazz and R&B, playing tennis, golf, exploring the latest fashion trends, visiting galleries and attending the ballet. I live in Sydney with my wonderful partner Nino, a true feminist who positively influences my own opinions.
And I couldn’t forget my corgi Happy, who is a constant source of joy and positive energy!
