All payment transactions are in US Dollars. All transactions are processed via trusted third parties including PayPal.

By purchasing our digital files you are agreeing to honour the hard work of their creator and not distribute them to others.

 

SHIPPING

PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDERS: All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. You will be contacted within 2 working days should any problem arise regarding your order otherwise all orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days of payment unless otherwise stated. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

Our products are shipped by Australian Post. Standard delivery within Australia is 1 to 5 days.

International: Airmail standard delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. Delivery time in the destination country (not counting Australia and NZ) can vary and delays may occur past the allotted 10 working days. Standard airmail does not include tracking. If you would like tracking or quicker shipping time please contact us directly – additional costs will be incurred. We are not responsible nor held liable for airmail packages going missing. By working days we mean Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays.

Please note some countries charge local customs fees or VAT to orders arriving from overseas. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel goes to Customs, the clock on that stops. Unfortunately when customs or a government gets involved there is nothing anyone can do about it – it is outside the control of us and the postal services and courier. They may hold it for an hour or a day or longer or whatever! Generally they don’t hold it for too long.

 

RETURN POLICY

Digital Files: we cannot offer refunds on digital designs. Once you pay for the file, the sale is final. We will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order – please let us know if you have any questions.

Physical Product: for all physical purchases we offer “Love It Guarantee”  – it is our promise to you. We are so confident that you will love the notebook that, if for some reason you are unhappy with it, you can return the notebook for a full refund (including shipping costs) within 90 days from the purchase date. Please note that return shipping is at buyer’s expense – unless we made a mistake e.g. shipped wrong product. Returns must be in as new condition.

Refunds are simple:

Contact us with the invoice number and tell us why you are returning the notebook. We will provide you with the return id number and the return address. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Once we receive the notebook we will refund you in full including shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please return unused and in good condition . Please note that return shipping is at buyer’s expense. If there is a problem, please let us know and we will go out of our way to rectify it. I want all of us to be happy in the end!

Some designs have a handmade feel and may have slight imperfections in them.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We will not sell our database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

Your Consent: By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
